With this new offering, Misc continues the exploration they started with their eponymous 2016 album by blurring the boundaries between jazz and other genres like pop, rock and electronic music. These influences translate into strong, catchy grooves and melodies, an unusually wide range of percussion, and a skillful implementation of a variety of effects.
Since their beginnings, the three musicians have been keen to reinvent themselves and get out of the traditional jazz trio format. They want to bring their music to where it can be heard, regardless of the musical preferences of the listener.
