Digitally remastered two CD set containing a pair of albums from the Pop/Soul vocalist. Warwick had been a hitmaker at Arista Records for over a decade when label head Clive Davis suggested she record an entire album of songs from the timeless catalog of Cole Porter. The Jazz version of 'Night And Day' features Grover Washington Jr. and Stanley Jordan. By 1994, Dionne made Brazil her second home, and in tribute, she recorded Aquarela Do Brasil ("Watercolours Of Brazil"). Dionne worked with producer Teo Lima and surrounded herself with the some of the best musicians in Brazil including Dori Caymmi and Oscar Castro-Neves, recording compositions by Antonio Carlos Jobim among others. The rhythm tracks and vocals were cut in Rio, lending a completely authentic feel to the album.
