    Personnel:
  • Dave Brubeck - piano
  • Bobby Militello - flute (#1,2,5-8,12), alto saxophone (#4,10), tenor saxophone (#10)
  • Chris Brubeck - electric bass (#2-7,10,11), bass trombone (#11)
  • Randy Jones (#1,2,4-8,10,12), Dan Brubeck (#3,11) - drums
  • Jack Six - acoustic bass (#1,8,12)
  • Matthew Brubeck - cello (#3,5,8,9,11)

Brubeck is heard at three separate recording sessions on this CD playing music that was used in the Peanuts cartoon series. The music ranges from such standards as "Bicycle Built for Two" and "When You Wish Upon a Star" and Vince Guaraldi classics (including "Cast Your Fate to the Wind") to Brubeck originals. The varying personnel includes Bobby Militello (sitting in for Bill Smith) on flute, alto and tenor, either Chris Brubeck or Jack Six on bass, Dan Brubeck or Randy Jones on drums and cellist Matthew Brubeck. This well-paced set stands by itself apart from the Peanuts series.
